Dayana is a seasoned HR professional with a strategic focus on organizational culture, learning and development, recruiting and onboarding, workforce compliance, and employee relations. Completing her Juris Masters in Legal Risk Management & HR Compliance from Florida State University, Dayana boasts over 15 years of HR expertise across diverse industries, including cruise lines, home builders, and law firms. With a proven track record of delivering results, she has effectively managed budgets, implemented innovative recruiting strategies, facilitated performance management and succession planning, and cultivated cultures of diversity and inclusion.

Dr. Milan Khakhria

Orthodontist and Vitana Dentist Partner 

Dr. Milan Khakhria graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, and completed his Orthodontics residency at the University of Oklahoma.  Dr. Khakhria has over 20 years’ experience providing high-quality care as an Orthodontist as well operating multiple successful locations. Dr. Khakhria is an active member within the American Association of Orthodontists.

Patrick McCourt

Operations Manager

Patrick McCourt brings an impressive seven years of experience in financial analysis, most notably gained during his tenure at Sage Dental. His expertise extends to retail operations, providing a solid foundation for driving efficiency within our practices, enhancing patient outcomes, and fostering team satisfaction in his new role. Holding a degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, with a minor in Economics, his academic background further enriches his skill set.

Dr. Monika Srivastava

Board Certified Pediatric Dentist & Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Monika Srivastava, better known as “Dr. Monika” received her doctorate in Dental Medicine at Boston University, and completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Columbia University in New York City.  After working in private practice as a general dentist, Dr. Monika decided to pursue her passion for pediatric smiles and was accepted to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children pediatric residency program.  Dr. Monika is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member within the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry

Syed Bilal Gilani

Director Of Finance & Corporate Development

Syed has deep experience in finance, real estate and corporate development. Prior to Vitana, he was a Director of real estate with the parent company of Burger King, Tim Hortons & Popeyes. Before that, he advised on M&A transactions for an electricity and water utility company.

He completed his business degree from the University of Alberta. He later went on to obtain his CPA designation for which he got a gold medal for placing 1st in Canada. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Kate Melidosian

Director of Operations, Northeast & Mid Atlantic

Kate has nearly 20 years of experience in pediatric dentistry, dedicated to improving children's oral health. As the Director of Operations, she focuses on revenue growth and maintaining high care standards for young patients. She is committed to optimizing practice performance, implementing innovative strategies, and fostering a supportive environment for patients and staff. Kate holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Master's in HR Management from Temple University, equipping her with the expertise to lead and nurture a talented team.

Vanessa Palmisano

HR Generalist, Recruiter

Vanessa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University, making her a proud graduate of FIU. Her professional journey began as an Orthodontist assistant, but she embraced an intriguing opportunity in the staffing industry that led her to the world of recruitment. Over the last five years, she has had the privilege of collaborating with diverse talents across the United States. She finds immense joy in helping others land their dream jobs and organizing the entire onboarding process.

Amir Fardshi

Co-CEO & Head of Operations

Amir has extensive experience in corporate finance, real estate and healthcare investing. He was most recently Head of Global Real Estate for Burger King and Popeyes. Previously, Amir was a private equity investor at Ares Management, evaluating investment opportunities in dentistry. He started his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse.

​He completed his MBA from The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.

Allison is a dynamic marketing professional with 18+ years of in-house and agency experience leading teams and campaign development for B2B and B2C strategies nationwide.  Allison's recent roles have focused on driving outsized growth across multi-state and multi-location healthcare practices.  Allison is originally from Sunrise, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida's Weimer College of Journalism and Communications.  She has been recognized with several, national branding awards, along with a stellar record of obtaining national and international press for high profile figures and worldwide brands.

With a commitment to excellence, she provides comprehensive administrative support to dentists, clinical and office personnel, colleagues, patients, and families.

In her previous role as Center Director of Operations at Chen Senior Medical Center for 2 years, Michelle has demonstrated her expertise in overall operations management accumulated over a remarkable 15-year career. Armed with an MHA in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
