Vitana is a Dental Partnership Organization focused exclusively on growth-oriented Pediatric Dentists & Orthodontists. We invest in high-quality owner dentists who have built great practices and have the desire to take their financial and professional growth to the next level. We believe dentist owners are the natural CEOs of their practices and should retain autonomy beyond just the clinical aspects of their practices. This leads to better patient care, optimal practice culture & continuous professional growth.

Whether dentists want to grow their existing locations, add additional dentists, undertake an expansion or continue to open new locations, we provide a structure that allows dentists to continue building their practices and also benefit significantly from that growth. Seasoned team of dentists, multi-disciplinary operators, experienced advisors & proven investors.

Amir Fardshi

Amir has extensive experience in corporate finance, real estate and healthcare investing. He was most recently Head of Global Real Estate for Burger King and Popeyes. Previously, Amir was a private equity investor at Ares Management, evaluating investment opportunities in dentistry. He started his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse.

He completed his MBA from The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.

Brandon Halcott

Brandon was the Co-founder and President of Tru Family Dental, a DSO based out of the MidWest. Brandon built that group to over 25 locations before selling Tru Family Dental to Heartland Dental in 2021. He brings an incredible amount of industry experience, an established network and proven expertise to build a sustainable dental group.

He completed his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Monika Srivastava, DMD

Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Monika Srivastava, better known as “Dr. Monika” received her doctorate in Dental Medicine at Boston University, and completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Columbia University in New York City. After working in private practice as a general dentist, Dr. Monika decided to pursue her passion for pediatric smiles and was accepted to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children pediatric residency program.

Dr. Monika is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member within the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry

Milan Khakhria, DMD

Orthodontist

Dr. Milan Khakhria graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, and completed his Orthodontics residency at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Khakhria has over 20 years experience providing high-quality care as an Orthodontist as well operating multiple successful locations.

Dr. Khakhria is an active member within the American Association of Orthodontists.

Ashish Bagai

Ashish is a seasoned strategy, marketing & operations executive. His previous experiences include serving as Head of Strategy, Operations & Marketing at a global fintech company, Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in healthcare and Investment Banker at UBS Investment Bank.

He completed his MBA from The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.

Dayana Leme

Dayana is a highly accomplished & strategic HR professional with a focus on organizational culture, learning & development, recruiting & onboarding, workforce compliance and employee relations.

Dayana completed her Juris Masters in Legal Risk Management & HR Compliance from Florida State University.
