WHO WE ARE

Vitana is a Dental Partnership organization focused exclusively on growth-oriented Pediatric Dentists & Orthodontists. We invest in high-quality owner dentists who have built great businesses and have the desire to take their financial and professional growth to the next level.

We believe dentist owners are the natural CEOs of their practices and should retain autonomy beyond just the clinical aspects of their practices. This leads to better patient care, optimal practice culture & continuous professional growth. Our job is to ensure these dentist leaders have the information/data, tools, resources and capital at their disposal to make the right decisions for their practices and teams.

We have designed & developed the best partnership structure in the nation for Pediatric Dentists & Orthodontists who want to continue to grow both financially & professionally while taking some chips off the table along the way.

Vitana is led by dentists and seasoned business executives with extensive experience investing in, building and scaling organizations. Vitana’s collective team has built and invested in multiple, sustainable dental groups in North America.

WHY WE EXIST

Group dentistry has been around a few years now and most if not all groups have developed two fundamental flaws that have given group dentistry a bad reputation. (1) Corporate groups have developed structures/models that are one-sided with regards to financial gain (2) Corporate groups try and be everything to everyone and end up being nothing to most dentist owners resulting in misalignment of expectations, lack of understanding of specialties and poor relationships. We understood these two fundamental faults in DSOs and are on a mission to build a group that looks to address these two flaws.

We exist to provide the best option to Pediatric Dentists & Orthodontists who want to take some chips off the table at a premium valuation but also want to:
